Our journey began with Sceletium. Jules’s own experience of anxiety sparked a search for natural support and a fascination with South Africa’s botanical heritage.

That became Core Natural: a small business built one pharmacy at a time. Our next chapter brings the same thoughtful approach to more everyday needs.

  1. Step 1: Get Comfortable
    Lie down on your back or sit in a safe, relaxed position. Never practice in water, while driving, or standing up, as lightheadedness or fainting can occur.
  2. Step 2: 30 to 40 Deep Breaths
    Inhale deeply through your nose or mouth, filling your belly first, then your chest. Let the air go without forcing the exhale. Repeat this in a steady, rhythmic cycle 30 to 40 times.
  3. Step 3: The Breath Hold
    On your final exhalation, empty your lungs partially and hold your breath for as long as you comfortably can (starting around 30 to 60 seconds).
  4. Step 4: The Recovery Breath
    When you feel the urge to breathe, take a deep inhalation to full lung capacity and hold it for 10 to 15 seconds, then let it go.
  5. Step 5: Repeat
    This completes one round. Rest for a moment, then repeat the entire cycle for 3 to 4 total rounds.

What’s the difference between SeroT1 and SeroT1+?

SeroT1 contains Sceletium herb powder in a 60-capsule pack. SeroT1+ contains Sceletium herb extract in a 30-capsule pack. Their preparations differ, so compare the labels and ask a pharmacist if you’re unsure.

Where can I find Core Natural?

Can I use Sceletium with medication?
