Meet Our Life Coach

San is the wife of our founder & CEO Jules Silbernagl and we are so happy she has decided to join our team. San has been working as a professional personal and corporate Coach for over 10 years and her wisdom and personal development expertise will help us create some valuable content for you! 

San is passionate about helping people create their best life and has supported hundreds of clients find their happiness and joy. 

 A little bit of background:

San is originally from Amsterdam in the Netherlands, where she completed a Master’s degree in Economics at the University of Amsterdam and worked as a Marketing & Brand manager in the Internet industry before getting snatched up by our CEO and brought to beautiful Cape Town, South Africa in 2001. 

 In 2010, after nursing and mothering two small children, she decided it was time for a career change and pursued her lifelong passion for self-development by going back to university to train as an Integral Coach. Having completed all the programs run through the University of Cape Town’s Centre for Coaching (GSB) and New Ventures West (USA), San certified as a Professional Integral Coach®️ (PCC) in 2012 and is now an Associate of the Centre for Coaching, University of Cape Town.

She is the founder of two coaching companies (Impact Coaching and Sisterhood coaching) that deliver coaching programs to corporates and individuals across the world. San is also a certified Circle coach, Reiki Master (energy healer) and EFT (tapping) practitioner and has received the Munay Ki Rites.

 So I am sure you can see why we are feeling excited about this partnership, as we at CORE have your happiness and wellbeing at the Core of our business, and now we have a professional on board who can give you all her most tried and tested tips, tricks and resources!
